friendly staff excellent location major plumbing awkward entry
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. I found the location to be excellent. The rooms are cozy.
I booked my stay shortly before my arrival. There was a pretty major plumbing fix happening. Contractors and guests used the one elevator. The entry to my room was awkward with contractors and tarps.

comfy rooms helpful staff poor shower faulty hairdryer
I liked the comfy rooms. Air conditioning work well. Hotel staffs were great and very helpful. This feature helped.
Poor shower was difficult to work. The hairdryer barley worked. I had to unplug it to stop it. I found the experience disappointing.

the location is central. it is near restaurants, bars, shops, and historic landmarks. all staff were amazing. they were friendly and helpful.
the shower wasn't easy to work. controlling it was difficult.

small room street noise
the location was acceptable for seeing the sights. its near stuff but not too near you know.
My room? a small room street view, i guess. lets just say a cruise ship cabin offered more wiggle room. and don't get me started on the street noise. Seemed like sleeping in a drum. i could hear every tram, every conversation, every pigeon doing its thing.

central location helpful staff welcome drink
The location was convenient (everything was so close!). Staff helped schedule tours and offered helpful recommendations. Alfonso greeted us, even with the city's road closures. The lobby and bar were nicely decorated.
